Violating practices of fair use

Access to the SCindeks, including downloading and use of information contained in SCIndeks for research purposes is unrestricted and free for all. However, systematic downloading of database or its parts for the purpose of re-publishing, or otherwise disseminating SCIndeks is considered violating copyright of the database publisher and owner of metadata, which is protected by law. Systematic downloading is allowed to the journal publishers who are at the same time contributors to SCIndeks. Downloading is limited to metadata originating only from their articles and is done by special procedure, at the request of journals publishers. The use of information contained in SCIndeks for commercial purposes is not allowed to anybody, including database publisher. Copyright for the article full texts belongs to the journal publishers and authors. Copyright is protected by law and academic regulations.
